Today I called registration for about an hour and made 40 calls, none of which were answered. I called from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. At 2:30 PM, when I made my 41st call, the woman who answered was so rude that I honestly don't know what she was doing there.

ENT appointment - National Health Fund I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at the clinic. The receptionist was smiling, friendly, and printed out coloring pages based on the little patient's wishes. You enter according to your appointment time, not whoever arrives first to get a number. Yes, there were delays, but only 20 minutes compared to other clinics – there could be a 2-hour delay, due to the fact that you enter according to your number, not the scheduled time. The doctor was thorough, patient, and friendly, answering every parent's question and addressing any concerns. I was there with two children and I was truly satisfied. More such thorough doctors, but with an interest in the reason for the referral. The only minor drawback is the appearance of the clinic (aesthetics), which is so clean. Of course, that's where the money comes in. Overall, we recommend him :)
