I went to the clinic to vaccinate my children against COVID. I was traveling from Krakow. The clinic answered the phone, and the nurse was already prepared for our arrival. We didn't have to wait, everything was on time. The nurse was very nice and had a great approach to the children. She gave them stickers to choose from, was reassuring, and very patient. The doctor was also very nice. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much :) I hadn't been able to get my children vaccinated in Krakow for two months.

On behalf of my partner, I do not recommend this gynecologist. He has a lack of patient-centered approach, lacks communication, and offers no commentary during the examination. Perhaps it's time to replace some of the staff (doctors) with more patient-friendly, communicative ones.

I've been trying to call three different numbers since 8 a.m., and at 9:30 a.m. I still haven't gotten through. They're not answering the phone, they're not answering the phone, and the receptionist is terrible. I don't recommend it.

The staff is professional, polite, and helpful. Despite the slight delay, I am very pleased with the doctor's approach to the patient. He is professional, specific, and empathetic. I highly recommend this clinic.

The website says they're open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Well, not this time; everything's closed, and the phone's on silent. It's a shame, people are scheduling their lives around official opening hours, and yet I see that the ghost of the bygone system, and contempt for humanity, is still very much alive in the medical profession. I'm speechless. ...
