The ophthalmologist at Medicus is some kind of paranoia, the person calls 17 times and finally someone answers and kindly says that there are no appointments, the doctor is very rude, I do not recommend this place

On March 2nd, I wanted to register with an ophthalmologist. At the window, I was told they register on the first of the month, but by phone, as it was difficult to reach, confirmed by the phone constantly ringing despite three men at the window. I went on April 1st. There were about 80,000 people in line at 8:00 AM. I wonder if there's anyone there who's smart enough to notice that people, mostly elderly and sick, wait there for hours. Is the intention to degrade, enslave, and torture people? Can't we register for a month, according to registrations, one after another? Is this an example of ignorance, laziness, and disrespect?

A very rude doctor. Gossiping about the patient with the nurses. Raising her voice at the patient, forcing the doctor to give her opinion on COVID-19 vaccinations. Asking the patient in a contemptuous tone, "Why did you take the COVID-19 vaccine so late?" The doctor showed a complete lack of professionalism and a lack of respect for the patient. I understand that not everyone can like everyone, but yelling at a patient violates any principles of work ethic or respect for others. This is especially true since the doctor and others were not offended or harmed by me in any way. I'm sharing my opinion because I know that such situations have happened not only to me, but to others as well. Best regards.

The worst clinic in the region! I strongly advise against using their services! First of all, you can't get through, even though three staff members are at the reception desk and the line isn't busy. The medical staff are on call five minutes after office hours, and even though they're chatting in the office, they won't see a patient because he hasn't been waiting since 7 a.m., and phone registration was impossible because they don't answer calls! The doctors at Medicus are only good for prescribing medication boxes for the elderly, as their medical knowledge leaves much to be desired (some of them miscalculated their vocation and, through someone's negligence, graduated). The level of medical services is appalling! Besides, it's a family business... perhaps no comment on that, because it's utterly embarrassing. A typical picture of the pathetic healthcare system in Prudnik, contracted by the National Health Fund (NFZ).
