Anyone who slings mud at Medicus staff can always change clinics (especially PeMed), or private ones. Maybe it's worth being a little less demanding and using the magic words "please, thank you, and sorry." You'll see how many doors it opens. I have nothing to criticize them for, and best regards ❤️

I'm very pleased with the services and patient care. I can't say a bad word about the doctors, nurses, and the entire staff. They're always available to offer good advice and a helping hand. Everyone has a deep empathy for others, and this kindness contributes to a healthy, individualized approach to each patient.

This clinic is a joke. A few minutes after 7 a.m., there are no pediatrician appointments available, and you hear that children have been registered for three days, and a two-year-old with a fever, vomiting, and a severe cough won't be admitted. As the doctor supposedly said, administer antipyretic medication and observe. It's a joke, and that's how my son and I were left without help for the weekend. This clinic should have been closed long ago. The doctors at the front desk are terrible, and the receptionists prefer to chat than to care for the patient. You have to make an appointment for a lab in advance. It seems that illnesses also need to be planned.

Shockingly, a woman after giving birth calls the clinic to have her stitches removed, only to be put on the phone by a nurse who tells her the baby is registered in Świdnica and that we should find a nurse there. Is the nurse really crazy, or is it just me? My wife wasn't calling about the baby, but about her own, and she's under the care of the center. I don't blame you, but think about it: are you doing it for the patient or the other way around?

The receptionists and nurses were very nice, and the midwife was very kind and helpful. It's strange, however, that the pediatrician had a problem writing a prescription for milk with a reimbursement for a child with an obvious allergy. She claims that to receive reimbursement, you need confirmation from an allergist that the child is allergic. Since such young children aren't tested for allergies, the cycle continues. I should also add that I had a discharge summary for a child admitted to the hospital with a severe allergic reaction to cow's milk protein, which clearly stated that they had an allergy. In any case, after transferring to another clinic, I had no problem obtaining a prescription with a reimbursement; the hospital discharge summary was sufficient.
