It's not the clinic's fault that people line up at 6 a.m.—it's a mentality from a bygone era. I've never been turned away; the girls always find a solution. Now, patient, imagine what happens when half of Skarżysko calls right after 7 a.m. and then complains that they didn't get through—it's technically impossible; you can call later, and if you're sick, you certainly won't be left without help!!!

A place where you can always get help when you're sick or in need. Great staff, fantastic doctors, incredibly kind nurses/midwives, and the receptionists who always find a solution. Thank you! You're the best!

Lekarze sa ok , ale przychodnia to totalne dno brak rejestracji przez internet , telefon wyłączony albo nikt nie odbiera jesli już odbiera to numerków brak. Mamy 21 wiek jak by ktoś tam nie zauważył , stanie w kolejkach dawno odeszło do lamusa , a emeryci którzy stoją w kolejkach widac sa zdrowi skoro mogą tam stać więc nie potrzebują numerków do lekarza a pogadać sobie mogą iść na targ. W innych przychodniach rejestracja tylko internet lub telefon tu totalne zacofanie , chyba ze to przychodnia tylko dla emerytów co nie mają co robić i mogą stać w kolejce o 4 rano bo i tak spać nie mogą.

I have a tiny child. I called numerous times over the past six months to request a number and urgently see a pediatrician. I was never able to get an appointment with any pediatrician. I'm noting that I made the calls shortly after 7:00 AM. My child received neither timely care nor a number. Waiting in line for hours. Recently, on the same day my son and my husband were at the pediatrician's, he ended up in the hospital that evening with shortness of breath and pneumonia. I'm changing clinics.

When I can't wait from 6 a.m. to get a number (two small children), in 9 out of 10 cases, I can't get a number by phone because, despite numerous attempts, the line is constantly busy. The nurses at the reception desk are constantly dissatisfied. Vaccinations are often delayed. It's difficult to quickly schedule a rescheduled vaccination (and then I get calls saying my child hasn't been vaccinated). The doctors are mostly friendly, but unfortunately, the treatment is spotty, mostly with antibiotics (without ordered tests, especially for children during sickness season). Unfortunately, I'm looking for another clinic for myself and my children. Best regards to the "polite" nurses.
