They're mocking patients. When I called on Tuesday, I was told the next available appointment was Friday of the following week. So if you're sick, you have to go to the emergency room. So why bother registering with this clinic if you can't use it anyway? They receive money for registered patients from the National Health Fund, but admitting them is not a favor. I should add that this situation, with appointments and a week-long appointment, is standard practice at this facility.

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Dr. Mateusz Matczak. He's a very kind, dedicated, and competent doctor. I highly recommend him. Regarding the reception desk, I had my appointment the day after the call. It's not a problem for me; I understand I'm not the center of the universe. :) And if something urgent happened, I witnessed it myself when the woman asked the doctor to see me, and there was no problem. My husband also uses this clinic and is always satisfied.

I called at 8 a.m. on Monday and at 10 a.m. the receptionist informed me that the appointment might take place in a week. I went to see the doctor faster, and the receptionist was hiding behind a trash can with a cigarette. What's this all about? This isn't the first time the receptionist has belittled sick people by smoking a cigarette and neglecting her job.

Getting an appointment with a doctor is next to impossible. I call on Monday morning and the appointment is for Friday. I feel sorry for the receptionist who has to deal with all the complaints from patients, and the woman is absolutely to blame.

Unfortunately, the registration process went very well, but then several people registered for the same time, creating a queue and a tense atmosphere, even though the beginning was so promising. We need to learn from this and not waste patients' time.
