  I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Natalia for conducting the hearing test on our child. Our child is on the spectrum and has emotional difficulties, which often makes cooperation during such tests difficult. Ms. Natalia demonstrated tremendous professionalism, patience, and empathy. The test was explained to the child in a playful and humorous manner, ensuring a calm, friendly, and joyful atmosphere throughout the visit. Our child felt safe and comfortable.
