I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I'm a mother of twins, and from the very beginning, I've received excellent support here. I never have to wait long for a call—everything is handled efficiently, usually in less than two minutes. Nurse Marysia, Kasia, and Doctor Darlewska—they're all fantastic: kind, helpful, and to the point. In my experience, it's a really well-run place!

I had an appointment with a rheumatologist scheduled for 7:40 PM. Around 5:00 PM, the receptionist called me asking if I could come in earlier because the doctor was already booked. I got organized and arrived at 5:30 PM, only to find that there were already 7-8 people waiting in line to see the same doctor. After half an hour, only two people had been seen, so I decided there was no point in waiting until late in the evening and canceled my appointment. Lack of organization, lack of respect for the patient and their time.

The receptionist answered the phone with an arrogant woman who seems to lack compassion in her life. I wanted to make an appointment for spirometry, even for an additional fee, but they're scheduling it for December, and it's October, just to mention. Anywhere but there!

Doctors don't want to give referrals for tests. The doctor informed an elderly patient (85 years old) that she wouldn't write a referral for tests (needed for a sanatorium) because the tests are valid for a year and he has to come back after that period (in 5 months). He told my elderly mother to buy a stool for both swollen legs and keep her legs elevated. Terrible care.

I don't recommend it! They reschedule my appointment, which is their fault, and make me wait an extra month.
