She was scheduled for an abdominal ultrasound on January 13th, for January 15th. It wasn't until January 14th that they called me to inform me that I should take Espumisan. So, you could say she started taking these pills 24 hours before the test. The woman performing the abdominal ultrasound asked if she had been taking the pills for three days before the test because she couldn't see everything clearly. She replied that she only received a call the day before the test. I believe it's best to call the patient the day the appointment is made by a reputable doctor. It's not like the patient is informed the day before.

Two patients were scheduled for the same time, so the wait time was 40 minutes. The receptionist (short, short, with a crew cut) was clueless, had trouble reading, didn't know the price list, and was disrespectful to the patient. She was very unfriendly! The lack of parking and the back exit onto the main street was a bit excessive. Failure – never again!

I went to the clinic for a dermatologist appointment with my father. It was our first time, and the doctor was kind and competent. At the reception desk, a woman with short blonde hair explained everything well; my father was very pleased. We will definitely return to this clinic.

The receptionist (short with a very short haircut) is rude and doesn't know the basics of patient registration. Only when the teasing about her lack of training is over, she asks for ID to register any sensitive data (anyone could impersonate anyone else). Zero professionalism in such a place.

Today I visited the neurologist, the visit was interrupted, the lady was distracted and arrived 20 minutes late, a few sentences were exchanged, nothing sensible because the others were waiting, then the doctor couldn't write a prescription, the doctor left the office again, I had to wait in the corridor for another 15 minutes, after calling her again, she was more concerned with the computer than with the patient, what are you paying for there, I don't know, I don't recommend it.
