  Tragedy! National Health Fund (NFZ) treatment will probably never change in this country. My appointment with Dr. Rynkiewicz, scheduled several months earlier, unfortunately didn't happen. The line was obviously "last come first," and the doctor still called out of turn. Two women were ahead of me, but another one came in because the doctor called out. People also squeezed in out of turn because they were in a hurry. When I reminded them twice that I was next, the doctor reacted in such a way that I didn't want to go. I feel like young people will always be treated worse because what could possibly be wrong with them? Older people are always more seriously ill and have the right to do anything. Even blocking the door to cut in line, despite polite reminders. I don't recommend!!! If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars.

  My appointment with doctor Agnieszka Janowic-Ksiądz was outrageous! Even though I had an 11:00 AM appointment, I arrived at 9:30 AM for Covid testing. I had a 40°C fever and was only 10 days post-cesarean section. I noticed that the last patient left the office at 10:00 AM, and the hallway and office were empty. When I politely asked about the right to see me earlier, especially since no one was there as a breastfeeding mother, I was told that such a right applies at work, not at the doctor's office. She also tried to downplay my condition by saying that she, too, had raised two children. Absolute disrespect and ignorance of the law. It's shameful that a postpartum patient in such a critical condition is treated with such indifference and disregard when the doctor has time to read the newspaper and drink coffee. I strongly advise against it – please stay away from Agnieszka Janowic-Ksiądz. 😠

  I haven't had any complaints about the Medipoz clinic so far, until now. The ladies at the occupational medicine reception desk are rude and rude. It's awful in my opinion, and it's a shame they have to give a star because I wouldn't give them any.

  A great childbirth class. A wealth of knowledge in a pleasant atmosphere. Convenient support and contact information for specialists. Ms. Lidka and Ms. Magda are doing a fantastic job :)

  The ophthalmologist performed a poor eye examination – it turns out the prescription number is completely off the mark. Furthermore, when asked after the exam, "Is it better than last year?" she responded brusquely, knowing full well what I was asking and what I meant, saying, "I don't understand what you mean, it's a visual impairment, it can't get any better." She knew full well I was asking if the impairment "is less," but she didn't answer the question properly until I asked it in the way she expected. And the glasses I spent money on (from this woman's prescription) have to be replaced at my expense. Joke.
