  First visit and a big disappointment in terms of getting to the doctor. First on the list, the next available appointment is in a few days. It looks like when you recover, come and get treated.

  I would like to report a concern regarding the person drawing blood. The Ukrainian woman who performed the blood draws is unfortunately not sufficiently trained. I have very visible veins, but the blood was drawn next to the vein, causing a large bruise on half my arm. Furthermore, my blood pressure was measured through my sweatshirt, which is incorrect. I request a change in the staff responsible for drawing blood, as the current situation raises concerns about the quality of the services provided. I would also like to emphasize that the visit with the doctor was top-notch—professional and very helpful.

  Absolutely awful!!!!!! When it comes to private tests!!!!!! You pay for private tests and wait a month for the results? On October 24th, I had a Doppler ultrasound of my lower limbs done privately, and I still don't have the results because their internet connection is down, and the doctor seems to be printing the results out manually on carbon paper at home. Yesterday, I had a scheduled procedure at the hospital for varicose veins, but I wasn't admitted to the ward because I didn't have a fresh Doppler scan!!!!!!!!!! I'm filing a complaint with the district prosecutor's office for attempted fraud... I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it...
