What a disaster! The women at the front desk are incredibly rude and can't even answer a question properly—you can't get through by phone, and you can't get anything done on the spot. I steer clear!

The reception desk was a disaster. Despite making an appointment by phone, upon arrival, I was informed that the appointment would take two hours. Apparently, this is how it always works: the receptionists schedule two people for one hour, hoping that one of them will cancel. Overbooking is rampant. The doctor is competent and friendly, but I don't recommend visiting due to the long wait.

Today, December 31, 2024, I had my preventive health screening at the Medis clinic. The registration process was professional. The diagnostic staff was incredibly friendly, qualified, and professional. A huge thank you to Ms. Elżbieta, who patiently drew my blood for the test (until I asked her name). Thank you 🙂

What I experienced there is truly outrageous. As a pregnant woman who is terrified of blood collection and has very negative reactions to it—fainting, vomiting—I always go in with someone who can at least talk to me and hold my hand. When my partner and I went in for a blood draw, we were treated terribly by the elderly woman who was drawing blood. The woman told me to leave my partner at home next time, saying it was nothing serious and nothing would happen to me. I should add that she argued with me during the collection. I won't have a more traumatic experience…
