The toilet stinks from the entrance. The women's restroom, which is also for disabled people, can't even be fitted with a mirror. I've never been asked about the time of my appointment at Luxmed before. There's always a delay, no matter which doctor. The receptionists can be quite misleading and confusing. Significant misinformation or lack of knowledge on the part of some of the receptionists, and then you worry and try to figure things out...

The laboratory service is terrible. The organization is completely lacking. The patient didn't show up for his scheduled appointment (he was actually late), so the staff decided to use this opportunity to discuss their weekend plans in private, creating unnecessary delays. When I finally got in with my child, they immediately told me they wouldn't draw blood from my child because he was nervous, and I should go to the University because they have "better equipment." The staff at the University said that young patients are constantly being referred to them from Mickiewicz University. The blood was drawn using the traditional method, without any magic. I recommend that families with children avoid this facility (regarding blood draws).

Unfortunately, my last experience was unpleasant. There was a lack of basic courtesy on the part of the nursing staff and the receptionists. Failure to respond to "hello" and "goodbye" is truly unacceptable, regardless of the patient's identity or status. I believe training in the basics of communication and patient care would be helpful, as such small gestures have a huge impact on the overall impression and feeling of being treated with respect.

I definitely recommend her. We've been working with Dr. Szylkiewicz for several years now. I haven't found a better pediatrician. She always thoroughly examines the child, refers for necessary tests, never gives unnecessary medications, and everything is thoroughly explained and understood, even by the child. After a year and a half, at our first visit, the doctor remarked that "we had ear problems before, but now everything is fine." It's so nice that she remembers. 🤗 Always kind, smiling, and friendly towards the child. The receptionist also had very friendly staff at the front desk. The receptionist helped with the declaration and explained everything thoroughly. Appointments are quick. And the patient portal is very well-developed; there's no need to call the hotline and wait. I wholeheartedly recommend her ♥️
