  There is a high level of organization in the network of clinics. for the client the most convenient conditions are created. Doctors are qualified and very polite. sometimes it is difficult to make an appointment because many people use the services of the clinic.

  I would like to share my opinion about my teleconsultation with Dr. Nataliia Ilina. I didn't receive clear answers to my question or any clear recommendations on how to proceed. During the conversation, the doctor was rude, raised her voice, and shouted at me. At first, she refused to issue a prescription for formula for my child, even though it was being used due to a suspected allergy. Only later did she agree to issue a prescription, but without reimbursement. When I asked if my child should be without formula, I was told I should contact the doctor who had previously prescribed it. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to a lack of available appointments, which I was ignored. As a parent, I received no help or concrete solutions. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor.

  I had my blood drawn by Monika, who had just started working. She was a very nice and kind woman. I think it was the first time in my life that I didn't feel the needle prick. 😍 It hurt more to rip off the band-aid. 😅 We need people like you... I mean, you! 😅

  We were disappointed with the treatment at the clinic. We came with our 5-month-old baby to Dr. Kuklewska-Bukowska for a vaccination required by the vaccination schedule. The appointment was postponed due to our doctor's absence. We were late for our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances – despite our requests, the doctor refused to see us. We drove over 45 minutes to the clinic with our child – anyone with children and a modicum of empathy knows that another visit with a child is a major undertaking. The doctor showed no willingness or goodwill to accommodate us. We said we'd wait – maybe someone else would be late too – and that we were scheduled for vaccinations, which the doctor actually encouraged us to skip because everyone was arriving on time, commenting, "Someone has to qualify you for the vaccination, and I don't see that person." Unforeseen circumstances happen, and we understand that someone else is scheduled after us and shouldn't wait, but honestly, it's a shame for the child. He didn't receive his second dose of the vaccine as scheduled, and we have to reschedule his visit. We'll try to avoid having to deal with that doctor again, who doesn't seem to have much of a connection with adults, let alone children.

  Negative because the receptionist didn't indicate that I arrived on time with my daughter and waited, and the doctor didn't ask. I went to the receptionist a second time and asked why I had to wait if I was on time. I was told that the previous receptionist who replaced us didn't indicate that. A very satisfactory answer. It's time to change clinics because they don't work here. ......cy.
