A doctor Anna Hara shouted at my daughter. My daughter is 17 and she didn’t know that she cannot make her second vaccine qualification without parents. Instead of just explaining, Anna started to shout at my daughter for the fact that a daughter doesn’t have enough knowledge in that, and that she is taking doctor’s time, which was previously booked and that means that my daughter is not taken her time. This doctor behaves highly unprofessional and abusive.

The reception staff treat foreigners with contempt and try not to work. Because of them I was late to the doctor. And the doctor did not want to see me, although the patient did not come after me or was very late.

EVERYTIME THE SAME!!! The receptionist lady is really aggressive, I am not polish, i tell her that i don't know the language that much but still she puts me in a hard situation by speaking really fast and not giving me a chance to say a single thing. They never tried to help with anything and also disrespectful to my family. I REALLY DON'T recommend this campus of Luxmed since i also read other comments for this place and they also had the same problem.

Not recommended facility. No one can English at the reception. Tired, rude medical staff. Does not appreciate patients' time.
