Without going into detail, I'll just say, with all my heart, I advise you to change clinics. Run away before it's too late. They don't treat you here. Who lets a patient with a bad ECG and high blood pressure go home? No additional tests ordered? We've been fighting in the hospital for over a week now; the situation is serious. Maybe the patient is too young? He also asked ironically if he wanted to be released from his L4, and a few days later, he yelled at me over the phone when I wanted some information. Take care of yourselves, I wish you well.

One star is too many, a disaster. The way they treat you is simply a complete disgrace. You're nice and polite, but the receptionists won't make an effort and tell you to make an appointment with Dr. Kosmala, and Dr. Kosmala is so miserable and overworked that she can't even write out tests properly because there are always mistakes and you have to ask her to correct them later. Should I make an appointment with an occupational health specialist? No way! I called back in January, and the lady told me to call closer to the appointment. I called closer to the appointment, and she said, "Oh my, I see it's bleak, I have a lot of people." That's what these women are paying for. It's simply a disaster. Avoid this place and this "doctor." I just want to remind you that by refusing to make an appointment, you're violating your patient rights.

It's a tragedy that doctors do whatever they want, especially the diabetologist who comes whenever she wants and people are waiting. Enough is enough that she doesn't even examine anyone. Lack of respect for patients. One star is too many.

It's a complete disaster. Doctors, especially Dr. Bugno, have no idea how to treat patients. They're just trying to supplement their pensions, not considering the consequences. Treatment is done "by chance," and they prescribe medications without even conducting any tests.
