  I've been a patient of Dr. Katarzyna Moskała for several years. I'm over 50, so my problems and needs weren't related to pregnancy, but rather to uterine fibroids. I came to her on a recommendation from a friend. I consider her an excellent doctor; I appreciate her empathy, patience, and professionalism. A few days ago, I had surgery—a world-class experience! I'm impressed with the procedure itself, but also with my preparation for this difficult surgery. I felt cared for at every stage; I knew what to do, when, and where, where to go, what to prepare.   It's a tragedy and a scandal. Dr. Moskała is so driven by medical ethics that she won't see patients without a referral from another doctor. All of Krakow should be shocked – my sick daughter can't be seen because she doesn't have a referral from a doctor. If we have doctors like that, then congratulations to this country. All women should steer clear of a doctor who doesn't follow the Hippocratic Oath, but rather a referral from another doctor. You could die without getting help.
