  I'm rating it 1 star solely because the surgery ward is satisfactory. The low rating reflects the trauma I experienced in SOR. Endured an agonizing 18-hour wait for appendicitis surgery, with no communication from staff. Only moved forward when my wife intervened. The night staff, especially the receptionists, display apathy and should be replaced. Avoid this hospital, especially if you're a foreigner. Because of this I experience anxiety and trauma when contemplating a visit to a hospital.

  I went there for an injection on public holiday. The staffs were really helpful eventhough they didn't speak English.

  I tought that bad reviews were too harsh. They are not. It looks as a hospital but its not. Its a nest of czarny chrząszcz. There was a big example of that bug on the floor in Urology diagnostics on ground floor, at nobodies surprise. I had appointment, sklerowanie, but could not do a procedure. I entered Urology department chief's office to complaint but they asked me to wait outside. After 90 minutes waiting I went home.

  The worst hospital I have ever been to. Everything is a total mess, from reception to paying for parking. No communication, no pre-op instructions, nothing. I am glad they messed up my surgery date. I'd rather not have it here at all.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Ladies, moms-to-be, please please please avoid this hospital at all costs. What an absolutely horrible experience.
