On January 5th, we arrived at the facility, which, according to the information, was supposed to be open from 8:00 AM. We arrived at 8:20 AM, but the reception desk was completely empty – there was no staff, no information on what to do next. There was only one lab technician on site, who informed us that she wouldn't be drawing blood from a 4-year-old child because "she hadn't done it in a while." I consider this unacceptable in a medical facility of this caliber. If a facility accepts children, the staff should be competent and prepared to perform such tests or provide a replacement. Wasted time, stress for the child, and a complete lack of organization. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. I should also add that the lab technician told me to go to another facility because she was alone. My package was through Medicover, not another facility. In short, I don't recommend it!

There's a serious problem with the timing of appointments and admissions, with delays of over two hours. The lab staff is inefficient when they have to perform special tests while others are just waiting for interviews. It's a disaster.

A DISASTER. I would recommend everyone to avoid this facility. Appointments for tests are supposedly available online on Medicover, but then I learn from the receptionist that they don't perform such tests at all. I would recommend a trip to Poznań or Wrocław to anyone using the Medicover package, because this facility is clearly just for decoration. I don't recommend it :(

The best customer service, especially the lady with short hair, always helpful and informed, nice and polite. The collection point works flawlessly. I also use gynecological care and I highly recommend it! The entire facility has few patients, so much so that it is not overcrowded. I highly recommend it! :)

I don't recommend it under any circumstances!!!! Dr. Joanna Motwicka is not nice; it's like she's being held there as a punishment. She's also rude to foreigners, hasn't helped with anything, and doesn't listen to what you say. I wouldn't go to her again and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!!! A doctor is supposed to be someone who likes people and likes to help. People come there with health problems and want to be met with kind and helpful behavior, not a sour face and indifference, as if I owed her something. On top of that, I couldn't reach the Leszno facility for several days. In the end, I simply used another clinic, and I'm very happy.
