  I don't know what Dr. Grażyna P. is still doing at the clinic. She should resign and let younger doctors work. Poorly chosen medications are the diagnosis (the Combo-flu test) now resulting in complications and re-treatment. She doesn't listen to patients; she wants them out of the office as quickly as possible. Even the doctors offered more advice during teleconsultation.

  Thank you for the call! Thank you for your kindness, my brother wants to have his cast removed!!!!! He's the kind of person who won't go begging a doctor to admit him! And by the way, it's a damned duty to admit someone with a cast!! Don't make things up! It's a complete joke... My brother has a broken leg. In a few days, it'll be six weeks, and he should have his cast removed by an orthopedist. Today I called to schedule his appointment, and the doctor told me the doctor always says to schedule an appointment right away and that she can't do anything. I explain that the only thing the doctor told my brother was to take medication until the cast wears off and schedule an appointment closer to the removal date. My brother doesn't break his leg every six weeks, so he doesn't know what he had to do or not do!! What a bunch of people!! No!!!!

  The clinic is a disaster, there are huge delays and I've been waiting a long time. I had an appointment for 1:15 p.m., and the guy who came in was supposed to be at 11:45 a.m. The ladies at the front desk seem terribly unfriendly and indifferent.

  The registration desk lady answered the phone dissatisfied, almost afraid to speak. From the very beginning, she was very gracious, with no help or understanding. It's better to delete a patient than to give them the opportunity to fill out their details in 2-3 hours. They simply delete them from the appointment list and announce it in a rude tone. Don't do her a favor, she works for people for their dues. I'm resigning from this clinic. This is my second time there, and once again, the patient experience was disastrous. I don't recommend it.
