I had an EKG done today (no description provided). A very kind woman on the phone informed me of the cost (30 PLN), and another kind woman at the reception desk directed me to the treatment room. The nurse performing the EKG was also very polite and managed to create a stress-free atmosphere. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, human kindness, and very low price.

I transferred to the Bałuty Municipal Medical Center from another clinic and I'm very happy with the change. The receptionists are polite and helpful, and the nurses are incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks go to Dr. Pawlak – he's a wonderful, thorough, and highly competent doctor who treats patients with immense patience, insight, and warmth. I feel I'm in good hands and can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to others.

I'm out of the hospital, I wanted an appointment on January 8, 2026. In the morning, the lady said there are no appointments with Dr. Modelewska, please call tomorrow morning. I call the next day before 8:30 and hear that there is no option for January 22, 2026. I hope my heart will hold up until the appointment. Congratulations, get out of there, I'm looking for another clinic.

This clinic definitely stands out from others. First of all, the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful! They always answer the phone! Secondly, I usually get an appointment for my child the same day I call or the next day.
