  I had a blood test today – Ms. Monika was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The procedure was quick, painless, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. She had a wonderful approach to patients. A huge plus for Ms. Kinga for handling all the paperwork and referrals efficiently – everything was handled efficiently, calmly, and with a smile. I wish there were more people like her! ❤️

  The clinic is okay, modernized. The only downside is the people cutting in line. Appointments can be delayed by two hours because everyone arrives in the morning... Maybe they could call patients by name in the hallway?

  There's no respect for patient time. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, with each appointment lasting an average of 30 minutes. The management of this facility is a complete joke.

  A very pleasant clinic. I've been going there for almost a year now, having seen various doctors. I'm always satisfied with the visits and the staff's attitude. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the building itself is very well-maintained and super clean, which is a common problem in other public facilities.

  I would give it a 0, because like most clinics, the manager terrorizes the doctors. Normal, humane doctors are leaving, and only those who don't care remain. The same situation is on Cieszkowskiego Street.
