On January 15, 2026, around 3 p.m., I witnessed a woman operating an X-ray machine yelling at seniors (I estimate the patients' age to be 70+). The scene was unbecoming of a horror movie. The lack of empathy horrified me, which is why I'm writing this message. I'm asking for action against this woman, whose behavior was so demeaning. The reason was her failure to adhere to the "no knocking" rule. She should have waited to be summoned to the office. Unfortunately, not every senior will read this message. I'm young and demand respect for seniors!!! This woman shouldn't even work in veterinary medicine due to her lack of empathy for others. Please contact me. I'd be happy to provide more information.

Overall, it's a positive experience. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to see a dermatologist, an oral surgeon, and a rehabilitation physician (Dr. Kamiński), and I've had numerous x-rays done here (lungs, sinuses, knee) – and there's really nothing to complain about. The biggest downside is that I can't get through on the phone.

The medical center is well-organized. Despite heavy traffic, wait times are minimal, and appointments begin on time. The doctors (with whom I have had contact) demonstrate great commitment and thorough knowledge. I would like to express my special gratitude to the Primary Care Coordinator. She demonstrated not only excellent knowledge of procedures, but above all, great support and empathy in handling my concerns. I highly recommend the Widzew Municipal Medical Center.

I had the opportunity to use the services of the doctors at MCM Widzew – I'm very satisfied! Specialist appointments are really quick, which is rare these days. I'm also a primary care patient at Elsnera Street, and everything there also always runs smoothly. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk deserve a special mention – they're always kind, helpful, and approach patients with a smile. 😊 I can wholeheartedly recommend MCM Widzew – professional and friendly care! 👏
