This isn't the same clinic it used to be. The clinic has changed dramatically. It's impossible to get through to register by phone (it's always busy or no one answers). It's best to come in person. It's fine if you live in Kozienice, you can drive up and make an appointment. And that's a real pain, too, because the appointments are so far apart. If you're from outside Kozienice, it's a problem. We're very embarrassed by the clinic manager's stinginess when it comes to referrals. The doctor refuses to give referrals even for basic tests. And I won't even mention a referral for an ultrasound. He says outright that he sees no basis for issuing a referral. The patient care has deteriorated dramatically. It's impossible to address all health issues in one visit. The doctor says he doesn't have time and to schedule a new appointment. The appointments are very short. It seems patients are booked in every 10 minutes. This isn't the family clinic it used to be. We spoke with family and friends who also attend this clinic, and their opinions are the same as ours. Working at the clinic is comparable to working at the post office: one stamp, and then another.

It's a disaster. There are no qualified people there, nor are they skilled in their profession! Refuse to admit a child with a tick in their head? Did the people working there graduate from university, or was there a lottery to determine who would get a job at the clinic? They should be ashamed to look in the mirror, calling themselves a healthcare provider! Besides, just like the hospital in Kozienice, they also refused to admit a child! If no one can remove a tick, it's scary to think what happens if something more serious happens?! They just throw up their hands and wait for the patient to die? What a disaster!
