I can only recommend Multimed in Polna street. What an excellent service! :) Such considerate and kind people: the doctors, the ladies on the reception and even their customer service! Great team, fantastic experience every time I visit.

I advise you not to go to Dr. MADEJ, she is late for her appointment and her work is sloppy, as if she wants to get rid of the patient as quickly as possible. i pay 230zt for doctor talk for 20p .

I have a torn meniscus and terrible muscle pain related to this injury. I booked a massage with Beata. I remembered Beata from the facility on Prosta Street. Back then, I had massages from several different masseurs. Beata's massage became so ingrained in my memory and was so unique from "others" that I'm grateful I remembered her face. Now, when I was looking for a masseur, I was looking for her. I found her on Polna Street. The same brilliant quality. A pleasant atmosphere, a strong and professional touch, a well-prepared environment—the aroma lingering in the air and the lights dimmed. I felt significantly better. I booked another session. This woman has an absolutely brilliant approach. She's simply an Angel!!!

I was very disappointed with this place. I was scheduled for a vaccination, but two days before the appointment, I received information about the documentation I needed for the service. The receptionist contacted a nurse to discuss this. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, it turned out that the documentation provided (referral and vaccine order) was insufficient for the vaccine. Incompetence, misleading information, and disinformation compel me to write a negative review of this place. I wholeheartedly do not recommend it—not for the lack of service itself, but for the misleading information.
