  Nie polecam doktora Bogacza ,gdyż mąż zgłosił się do niego z chorym palcem u stopy. Doktor ani razu nie przyjrzał się porządnie palcowi ,tylko kazał pielęgniarką go zawinąć w opatrunek , po miesiącu wdała się martwica co poskutkowało amputacją. Jesteśmy z mężem zawiedzeni zachowaniem pana doktora !!!

  I've been trying to make an appointment with a surgeon since Monday. I got a referral. On Monday, the receptionist told me it's impossible because there's no room, and I have to come in on Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday, and the receptionist told me to register by phone, but to call on Wednesday. So we're playing a game of when I can register after my accident on the stairs, and I have to wait there and wonder if I have broken ribs. Well, time to notify the National Health Fund (NFZ). On Tuesday, the doctor won't be seeing me today, and you're doing a good job on Wednesday.

  A review of the person answering the phone today (July 17th) was very nice and professional, which is not very common practice in the National Health Fund these days. I would like to thank you very much and praise you for the phone call. During the conversation, I was unclear about a few things and didn't fully understand something, and the very nice lady explained everything calmly, in a pleasant tone, with details, and most importantly, without getting worked up. Recently, this has often been a problem when talking to the person answering the phone in the National Health Fund. I hope that everyone will be able to reach this woman and be served by a professional. Thank you again and best regards.

  The wait for an appointment was three months. It was a complete misunderstanding. My appointment was scheduled between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and around 6:00 PM, I was ninth in line. The doctor came out periodically for procedures. (Which he understands, as it's necessary.) But the patient returned before the doctor and waited outside the office. I gave up after two hours of waiting. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. 👎👎🫶
