Monday, phone registration from 7:15 a.m., second in line, and managed to get through at 7:25 a.m. to get the information: there are no appointments with ANY doctor today. If it's an emergency, you can come in and ask if the doctor will see you. They also suggested making an appointment with a family doctor for the end of the week! Yes, at Proelmed, you have to plan ahead for fever and flu. The doctor can issue a sick leave certificate up to three days in advance, so if you only have an appointment on Friday, do you have to infect your coworkers by Wednesday to get the National Health Fund statistics correct? After this situation, I was happy to fill out a declaration form at another facility. I hope the city will finally open its eyes to what's going on here.

Doctor's appointments are a joke. I called to schedule an appointment for my 2-year-old son because he has a rash on his hands. We got the appointment in over two weeks, and the receptionist asked if we were sure to schedule an appointment because maybe he'd have enough time to deal with it.

The clinic is a disaster - I've NEVER been able to get an appointment with a doctor on the same day. You've been calling since the morning, you're 9th in line, and there's ALWAYS no room!!!!! It's a disgrace, just like the entire healthcare system.

Tragic. Three days in a row of calls at 7:15 a.m. The lady answers at 7:20 and informs them there are no more doctor appointments. Are so many people really sick, or are doctors just not interested in seeing people?
