  I was a patient at this clinic six years ago and had no problems with waiting or appointments. However, a lot has clearly changed since then. Unfortunately, I had to see the orthopedist again. My first appointment was in December – I called to ask if I could come in earlier so the doctor wouldn't have to wait between patients... It's not a major drawback, but I believe that if you can schedule appointments online, it's for you to choose a time that's convenient for you, not the doctor. I was supposed to schedule a check-up a month later, but I didn't get it. My appointment on January 2nd was canceled via text message, without any explanation or attempt to reschedule. I thought it might be due to the holidays, so I scheduled another appointment for today (January 13th). You schedule some things for your appointment, reschedule others to get to the doctor as soon as possible, and in the morning, you get another text (!!!) that the appointment has been canceled. I don't know who runs this facility, but in a private clinic, you expect at least a phone call to suggest a different date. Unfortunately, I probably won't be going again...

  I came to this facility after an injury. I underwent a complex surgical procedure. Before the procedure, I could count on telephone support, and any concerns were clarified. From the very beginning of my stay at MultiMedica, I was treated to compassionate care and an empathetic approach. I felt cared for, and this made it much easier to get through what was a significant challenge. I highly recommend this facility and the specialists working there.

  I recommend the facility, staff and doctors with all my heart. After two surgeries - a multiple fracture of the distal radius of the hand, a year of pain, fear and disability, my mother came to Multimedici. The surgery was successful, which was not the case during the two previous ones - which ended with Sudeck's syndrome and staphylococcus. Pre-operative and post-operative care at the highest level. Contact with the patient, questions about well-being and post-operative pain. Willingness to help. Care in the operating room, friendly, homely atmosphere. Everything was explained meticulously. Mom is getting back to fitness after being taken care of. I recommend it with all my heart.

  My 5.5-year-old daughter had a tonsillectomyectomy, a lateral tonsilectomy, and a tongue detachment. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Then we were taken to a room with a bathroom, where Dr. Muszkiewicz visited us. A wonderful doctor who patiently answered questions so patiently that I knew before the procedure that my daughter was in the best hands. Later, the anesthesiologist also had a great approach to both children and the stressed-out parent. The woman with black hair (sorry, I didn't ask her name) is a wonderful, warm person with tremendous empathy. A heartfelt thank you also to the woman who offered coffee and tea and came by every few minutes to check on my daughter's bed. Thank you so much for everything. I'll also add that the price is also very competitive, and the care is top-notch! I wholeheartedly recommend her!
