It's a complete joke. If the phones are constantly "answered," the patient won't get through at any time, but the most important thing is that the receptionists are left alone. The National Health Fund (NFZ) probably hasn't been monitoring them for a while.

Good morning, It's better to go private/not get treatment than to see endocrinologist Nogal. I don't recommend him. He's an offended, impertinent boy who curses every word in front of his patients. Don't waste your time.

I highly recommend the gynecology and obstetrics clinic on Felińskiego Street, where Dr. Paweł Mularski and midwife Anna Kopeć are both. I felt completely cared for during my pregnancy, and the tips on newborn care helped me feel more confident in the first few days with my baby. I hope I only encounter such professional and empathetic people during this special time.

This whole clinic is a tragedy and a joke. At the gynecology reception desk, they scheduled me an appointment with a doctor who doesn't perform the procedure I was prescribed, and the procedure is quite urgent. Now, of course, another wait to see the "right doctor" because the lines are long, unless I waste my time and come in asking if they'll see me sooner. Excuse me, am I supposed to ask? Should those "competent" women at the appointment desk go ask how they can't write the appointments correctly?

This clinic is a disaster. The doctors who do me a favor by "treating" on the National Health Fund (NFZ) will never set foot in this facility, which most patients have already done. In summary, after a phone call with the management, few can boast of such an organization and are not interested in patient opinions. The response was that everything is working very well, including the doctors. EMBARRASSING.
