  I’ve just had my third annual dental cleaning with Teresa, and I can confirm She’s incredibly good and careful, which makes a huge difference for me. Dental cleanings can be a bit stressful, but Teresa always checks in to see if I’m okay or feeling any sensitivity, which helps me feel more at ease and supported throughout the process. I’ll definitely keep coming back to her every year!

  This review was originally based on my wife's description of her visit, which she also gave a 1-star rating. I'm not happy about "we'll be forced to take legal action" and the yelling at my wife on the phone, which I witnessed firsthand. It's precisely because of this "customer service" that I definitely stand by my rating. The woman who called should change her language and tone a bit.

  Odradzam i nie polecam ginekolog Izabeli Danielak. Owa Pani przyjmuje małe dzieci a nie powinna mieć z nimi styczności. Zero podejścia do dzieci, dodatkowo do rodziców również opryskliwa i nie miła. Czekaliśmy na wynik posiewu. Po tygodniu ich nie było ale Pani z rejestracji podała nam kod do sprawdzenia online. Od tamtej pory minęły 3 tygodnie a kontaktu od lekarki nie było, mimo że rejestracja zapewniała, że dr. Danielak zadzwoni w przyszłym tygodniu. Obowiązkiem lekarza jest skontaktowanie się z pacjentem w celu omówienia wyników jakie by one nie były. To już wystarczająco pokazuje jak owa Pani traktuje swoich pacjentów.

  I had my vaccination at the gynecologist. I had made an appointment only for the vaccination itself, as I had already had all the previous consultations, discharge papers, medical reports, tests, etc. I had also already had two previous doses of the vaccine. Only the day before my appointment was I informed that a consultation fee of 250 PLN would be charged. I wanted to cancel it because I had already had a consultation with another doctor. I was told that the decision on whether to charge for the consultation would be made on the spot. The next day, when I arrived for my vaccination, I was confronted with the fact that the consultation would be charged. I walked into the office, the vaccination was administered in literally two minutes, and I immediately left. There was no gynecological consultation. Despite this, the gynecologist insisted I had to pay for it, and the receptionist charged me 250 PLN—completely unjustified. What's more, the clinic doesn't offer the vaccination itself as a separate service—even though the patient doesn't need a consultation, they still charge it. As a result, you end up paying for both the vaccine and a consultation that wasn't even necessary. I don't recommend them. They don't consider the patient, don't provide advance information about services and their costs, and try to push you into paying extra.

  Painless dental treatment! No fear, and the anesthesia administered was also painless! It was a pleasure to be in the hands of Dr. Cezary Pałucha and Ms. Teresa Grochola! The trauma of going to the dentist disappeared during the hygiene checkup and the first visit, when the doctor discussed the treatment plan. A very modern office! PAINLESS laser drilling, normal prices! This place deserves more than 5 stars! We are very grateful for the approach and treatment! Wonderful, empathetic people! The receptionists are very kind and professional!
