A pity that it is not possible to give zero stars. Worst doctor experience ever. It started with the unfriendly employees at the reception. She was able to find problems with every customer. No matter if it was too many names or parents that had to change diapers. The doctor was not suitable for being in contact with kids. Unclear why she even took this job. Thankfully my child is young enough to not remember this visit. My child got the diagnosed with a viral disease but still got antibiotics prescribed. Asking if there is different medicine the answer was that we should not go to a doctor if we do not want antibiotics. First and last time there. Would not even go there anymore in serious cases. Totally incompetent from start to end.

On December 18, 2025 (around 11:00 PM), I reported to the 24-hour clinic with a severe sore throat, almost complete loss of voice, and a suffocating cough. I drove 20 minutes each way because I was feeling really bad—not to pretend to be sick. From the very beginning, I felt like the staff wanted to brush me off as quickly as possible. My symptoms were dismissed, and instead of a meaningful conversation, I heard ironic comments, including that "you can't scream" and comparisons of my condition to how staff have experienced similar illnesses. Such behavior in a medical facility is extremely unprofessional. A patient presenting at night with severe symptoms expects empathy and a serious approach, not a reduction in pain and a sense of intrusion. I do not recommend this clinic—a waste of time and energy.

I'm very disappointed with my visit with Dr. Dariusz Podsiadlik. Starting with the fact that he left the office immediately after the night shift began and returned 30 minutes later. Regarding the visit itself, the initial problem was that I didn't see my family doctor, even though I didn't have the option that day. After further unpleasant comments, I asked if he would help me or if I should leave the office, as the conversation wasn't appropriate. I sympathize with anyone who has had a similar experience with this "doctor." I'm not one to lose my temper easily, but he did.

Night and Holiday Health Care - PROBABLY NOT. I had the impression that the receptionist was working under duress; I had to ask for a doctor's examination myself. There was absolutely no reaction to the patient's illness. I remind everyone that everyone has the right to medical care. It's not that the patient has to ask for an examination. IT'S OUT OF WORDS!!!

I went twice, I called once, the first time was okay, but the second time was a disaster, the doctor was mean, he didn't examine me, he just listened to me and gave me antibiotics right away, without knowing what was wrong with me. The next day I went to my family doctor who prescribed me one medication and said I'd be okay in a week. I don't recommend it, it's better to get over it and go to your family doctor than here.
