It's hard to believe that such incompetent reception staff still exist in this day and age. In most clinics, receptionists call patients back if they can't answer the phone. Unfortunately, this practice isn't the case here. It takes a dozen attempts to get through. The phones are answered by rather unpleasant women in their 60s. They seem offended by the patient for calling. I've already encountered three situations where the receptionist said there were no available doctor's appointments, and after a few minutes, I was at the clinic myself (I live 200 meters away), and I didn't see a single patient in the waiting room! Every time I'm at this clinic, there are very few patients. In other clinics, there are a dozen or so patients constantly sitting in the waiting room all day long – this one is always sparsely populated. Despite this, the receptionists are busy with who knows what. Scanning test results sometimes poses a problem for them. I wonder if this isn't a sheltered workshop! Where is the oversight?

I ordered a prescription for an ointment for redness on my hands, I waited so long that they healed on their own, I recommend professionals!!!!

This clinic is a joke. Calling is next to impossible. It can take a week to get an appointment, even if you just need a prescription. When you finally get there, the hallways are deserted. The receptionists are probably chasing flies, they're so busy. The doctors are always busy, yet they wander the hallways like they're in a museum. I remember this place before the renovations, back in the communist era. You had to wait in lines, but back then you were seen and given advice. Now, even if you wait, you won't get much help. I'm signing out and don't recommend it. Steer clear.

The clinic treats patients like garbage. Contact with the doctor is limited, always busy, waiting up to three days for an appointment, waiting for a prescription, and you can't rely on them because, of course, the doctor is very busy. The clinic's approach is terrible!!!! After examining my husband, the doctor said that if he's sick, he should take a painkiller and vitamin D and stay in bed. HAHA. My husband went to a private ENT specialist, and after examining him, the specialist said he has a sinus infection, pus is collecting, and that's why he's coughing heavily. And the "doctor" told me to stay in bed. I don't recommend it!
