Honestly, I don't understand all the negative reviews. Registration was hassle-free, though you do have to wait a while (like everywhere else with the National Health Fund), but the staff were very polite and the appointments were quick. The diabetologist and the nurses also made a very positive impression on me.

The call lasted over an hour, as you can see in the attached photo. No one answers; I was first in line for 40 minutes. The registration desk must be closed, as it's impossible to get through, or the people working there are too busy chatting with each other. Unfortunately, I can't get through to the doctor because no one is willing to answer calls.

Registration is a nightmare; nine people are handling the call for two hours. It's embarrassing how patients can be treated this way. Perhaps it's worth considering hiring additional staff for registration.

I've been first in line for over an hour and no one has answered the phone, which is probably enough to justify the assessment.

The call lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes, it's a joke, if I were a resident of Krapkowice I would come over, but I'm calling from Nysa to contact a doctor
