I don't recommend this place. Avoid it completely, because the way patients are treated is simply absurd. The receptionists can be very rude. They're usually downright rude to patients. The doctors are generally quite good, but the process of getting to them—making an appointment through the reception desk—is absolutely not worth signing up for this clinic. Well... unless you like being treated like a second-class person. It's very sad, because many people genuinely need medical attention, and then they come in and getting help or even basic information from the reception desk is treated as some kind of "favor." After reviewing the other comments and responses from the facility, you can conclude that this place, in terms of service, is still stuck in the distant communist era. I don't recommend it. 👎

I'll be honest, I don't recommend it. I registered my children at this clinic after moving because it's close, and most of the negative reviews are about occupational medicine. I was very wrong. Let's start with the most important thing: there are no sections for healthy and sick children; everyone ends up in one place and in the same waiting room. The pediatrician's office is right by the entrance and right next to the collection point. What's the problem? Gigantic lines. Yes, those lines are not a lie. In the fall and winter, it's a real viral party; both my children and I are sicker two days after visiting the clinic. And finally, the cherry on the cake: children's vaccinations take place on the same day, when appointments for sick children can be scheduled, and in the same office.

I recommend the Neomedical clinic on Niezapominajki Street. They provide friendly and competent care from the doctor, the receptionists, and the entire staff. The examination was relatively quick and painless, with no unnecessary delays. I recommend them again.

I was planning to sign up for this clinic because I live nearby. After reading patient reviews and the owner's response, I have no doubt that I made the right decision by abandoning the idea. It's hard to find another place where the person running a medical facility allows themselves such a scandalous level of incivility. The style in which they address patients is brusque, contemptuous, and lacking basic respect. Instead of factual explanations, there's aggression, malice, and public humiliation of people who had the courage to express their opinions. This style of communication discredits not only the owner but the entire clinic she represents. A medical facility should be a place of empathy and understanding, not an arena for personal attacks and emotional outbursts. In my opinion, what we're dealing with here isn't a lack of professionalism, but a complete lack of class. Patients deserve respect, not to be ridiculed by someone who should be setting an example of civility and responsibility.
