  If I could, I'd give the receptionist 0 stars for the "ladies'" rude attitude—though you have to earn the title "Lady"—at least. I called a few days before my appointment to make sure my employer had a contract with Lux-Med. I was informed that they did, but upon arrival, it turned out they didn't, and I had to pay for the tests I should have had as part of the package. The receptionists told me it wasn't their responsibility to tell me where to get tested. So, who am I apologizing to? Because I fulfill my job responsibilities :) Besides, my colleague is new and could have made a mistake. So maybe she should pay for me now? This arrogance is combined with the unprofessionalism and chaos of the facility. I don't recommend it. If you don't want to be scammed, get a written confirmation from the receptionists, because clearly, they don't know their job very well.

  All the one-star reviews of Dr. Baran-Musiał, a well-known gynecologist at a Polish clinic, are unfortunately true, and I regret not having found them before my appointment. This was my first visit to a gynecologist and my last to any doctor here. First, I had a specific appointment (the same time as about two other people), and upon entering the office, I was immediately greeted. There's no other way to put it: I had an additional appointment, not a specific one. So, I ask, why schedule an appointment and what time should I arrive? It doesn't matter if I just show up and deal with the other people waiting, why schedule an appointment at all? After asking if I should leave, the doctor said no... The appointment itself was a complete assembly line; the sooner the better. I've never had an ultrasound that lasted 10 seconds, because it couldn't have lasted longer. The doctor didn't even look at the tests performed earlier. It's not worth adding anything. You can't expect a personalized approach to each patient, and I simply don't recommend it. To learn anything, you have to ask a lot of questions, and all this for only 350 PLN. I rarely post reviews, but here I was particularly disappointed, and I think others should know what to expect.

  I felt cheated by Mr. Kolber. I expected the doctor to suggest removing the lesion after my second private visit, i.e., a procedure covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ). During my first visit, I asked about this possibility, and he replied affirmatively. During the second visit, which I felt was unnecessary, the doctor explained how to get there and find his private office in Andrychów, where he would perform the procedure for 850 PLN. I could have just as easily used Google Maps, or if I had known the procedure wasn't covered by the National Health Fund, I wouldn't have gone to the second appointment at all. I wasted time and money; I have inflammation, and I have to wait another two weeks for the procedure, but the doctor probably doesn't care, as he made clear. I naively assumed he was a dedicated doctor who would help first and foremost, not think about money.
