  I waited several months for a breast ultrasound, and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment, only two minutes late, I was told the doctor had gone home before me and was no longer available. No phone call from them, no notification that the doctor would be leaving early. Who are these records kept for? A waste of patients' time and a lack of respect for others.

  Surgeon Włodzimierz Krutysza demonstrated zero professionalism, zero courtesy, zero compassion. He was a casual doctor who should have long since been out of the practice and instead been retired. Without any anesthesia, warning, or information, he began tearing my wounds open. Afterward, he didn't provide any protection whatsoever, and I left the office with pus dripping onto my clothes. Upon entering, I was also scolded for why I'd come to a surgeon when I should have been seeing an ENT (at this stage, the doctor didn't even know what had happened, only hearing it was an ear infection). A disaster, steer clear, as you'll experience more suffering than help. Now you know why he was the only one with an urgent appointment. I received help not from a doctor, but from a nurse in another office, whom I approached to ask for disinfection and care for the wound. I am very grateful to him.

  I'll just write about my experience of making an appointment by phone with a doctor who doesn't seem to care about your visit. I'll just share the facts, without my judgment. 8:00-8:01 - phone registration disabled. Between 8:01 and 8:02, the phone rings, but you can't connect. 8:04 I manage to get through. You're 9th in line. 8:12, the girl picks up the phone. Good morning, could you schedule me with Ms. B******? There are no more available spots 😳 My question is, how can there be no available spots at 8:12 if only 9 patients were seen by phone (there are also only 9 in the live queue), and a doctor's appointment means 15 minutes per patient (so about 30 patients per shift)? Here's the math...

  Dodzwonić się można tutaj w minutę/dwie, panie recepcjonistki miłe. Przychodnia nowa, czysta. Lekarz, do którego się umówiłam konkretny i profesjonalny. Na samą wizytę czekałam kilka dni. Cieszę się, że mamy takie warunki w PL

  I have mixed feelings about Urszula Woźniak-Białobrzeska, a gastroenterologist employed at the clinic. She's an elderly, rude woman, convinced of her own greatness, comparing her appearance to that of her patients, insulting those accompanying her during the examination, and using offensive language towards a disabled patient. It's simply a waste of time; someone of her age and with such etiquette, or rather, lack thereof, shouldn't be seeing patients.
