The Pediatric Ward is fantastic, with plenty of allergy tests and exams, quick diagnosis, competent medical staff, and excellent nurses and orderlies. The head physician is very kind. His knowledge and calm demeanor are impressive. He's absolutely not arrogant; he's a level-headed, kind doctor; we need more like him!

I came with my 1.5-year-old son to visit family in Szprotawa for Christmas. My son developed shortness of breath and a terrible cough. On Christmas Eve, we went to the doctor's office for the night shift. The admission time was lightning fast. The nurses were incredibly kind, and Dr. Bobkiewicz, who examined my son and admitted him to the children's ward, was an angel in human skin. We spent seven days on the ward. The nurses were like good aunts, wonderfully helpful, and incredibly kind women! The recreation room was equipped like the best playroom. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and kept everything tidy. My stay at this hospital was pure pleasure, and my son regained his health and strength day by day! We need hospitals and staff like this in Poland! We pray for the nurses and doctor every day! Thank you for everything! I met the most wonderful people in the world there!

It's clear that the quality of services provided at the hospital has improved. It's clear that the doctors are young and eager to help. Today, when I arrived at the Emergency Department, I was met by a very nice doctor who helped me get antibiotics, even though my family doctor had turned me away due to a lack of available appointments. So, I didn't have to wait long and even managed to buy some medication at the pharmacy. Previously, I had to wait a long time for a doctor to show up, but this time, the visit lasted no more than 15 minutes.

Holiday care was a disaster. We arrived with a suspected case of the flu. We were sent away, told it was a cold. A few days later, it turned out to be the flu, but it was too late for medication. If the doctor had looked at the symptoms sooner instead of rushing, treatment could have been started sooner.

I do not recommend anyone to visit the endocrinologist at the New Hospital in Szprotawa, the visit will never take place, I made an appointment in April 2024, the dates were postponed 6 times, and finally the 11th appointment took place, but I was not informed about the date. The day after I called, the new date is 2027. Anyone who has the opportunity not to pay health insurance contributions to the Polish health service should not pay it.
