We arrive at the dentist's office at 11:00 PM with a terrible toothache. A calm voice, probably the dentist, answers the phone and says you need to bring your child's ID card; a PESEL number isn't enough. A photo of the ID card on your phone, and a parent's ID—the communist era is an understatement—where do these things come from? I don't recommend it!

The ladies at the front desk are friendly. The surgeon (seeing patients Wednesday/Saturday) is professional and helpful, and doesn't seem to care about the patient. One downside is the long wait, but you can prepare for that and find something to do.

I had a serious problem – gingivitis and swelling on the entire side of my cheek, so much so that I could have lost sight in one eye if I had waited any longer. When I finally managed to get into the dentist's office, the seriousness of the situation was evident on my face. I told them I had a terrible toothache, and the response was that the "lady" couldn't even look at what was happening and simply prescribed antibiotics. Unfortunately, after taking them, things got even worse. I only received proper help in Gdańsk. I don't recommend it.

A disaster. A four-hour wait despite the specific appointment time. They're scheduling appointments for several people per hour. The clinic is stuck in the depths of communist Poland.
