The Grunwaldzka Clinic is a disaster. And the worst part is that there's been no response from management. The receptionist refused to prescribe me medication for diabetes. She prescribed a different dose than my neurologist recommended. When I told her there were constant complaints, she told me to go to another clinic. Rudeness and arrogance are the hallmarks of this clinic. Shameful!

I'm very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. They refused to provide a pediatric consultation for my 15-month-old child, even though we had a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) on the mobile app. The staff insisted on a physical card, refusing to accept an electronic version, which is completely incomprehensible in this day and age and is contrary to EU/NFZ regulations.

On October 7th, I was getting my injection. On my way out, I went to the reception desk where there were three nurses and no one else. I asked if they could take my temperature and blood pressure. It turned out that only nurse 1 had a thermometer from the children's ward, but she asked if I had everything I needed to measure it at home. I replied yes, and then she refused to test me and told me to measure it myself at home. She had nothing to do, and she refused in such a nasty voice that it was scary to say anything. No one wanted to do anything, and they didn't care.

I've been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Skwira for 3 weeks, but to no avail :( The receptionists don't offer an appointment with another doctor who is a replacement. They lack empathy and competence, and I believe they missed their calling. My last call was on Friday (September 19, 2025) at 10 a.m. - to which the lady said there were no available appointments 🤷♀️ and suggested an appointment for Thursday (September 25, 2025) - phenomenal.

It's a nightmare. You come to register with a doctor. You wait in line for over an hour and are told you're not one of them, even though the patient's account declaration stating their clinic selection dates back to 2022. The best part is, he was there a few years ago and there was no problem. This institution is a circus on wheels. Sick people are supposed to wait outside. If you want to register a small child, you have to wait outside from 7 a.m., otherwise you might not get in... a tragedy!
