  A very nice and modern clinic. Cozy with four treatment rooms. The service is very friendly. However, I'm only giving it four stars for two reasons: first, while driving to the clinic, I received a text message saying there would be a 15-minute delay (it's good that the clinic informs patients about possible delays). However, the delay turned out to be 30 minutes instead of 15... and the doctor who performed my examination was very professional. He just wanted to leave, do his job, and say goodbye. Without any consultation or discussion with the patient, not even during the ultrasound... And that's the second drawback.

  The reception desk doesn't inform me about the extended waiting time. I had to extend my leave and explain it to work. Like all facilities, this one relies on creating a feeling in Polish patients that they are at their mercy and must wait and take what they can get, because the system is so flawed that there's no better care anywhere.

  I had my blood drawn today. I was treated very kindly and professionally. The test was scheduled for a specific time and took place without any waiting. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional and competent service at the reception desk, as well as the expert approach of the nurse who drew my blood, even though it's not easy for me.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kowalczuk as an endocrinologist. He's a professional, experienced, and incredibly dedicated doctor who truly cares about his patients. He always dedicates as much time as needed during appointments—he listens carefully, answers all questions, and thoroughly explains each step of treatment. Thanks to his dedication and accurate diagnosis, my thyroid condition stabilized. I feel much better now and am incredibly grateful for his help. He's a true doctor!

  I don't recommend it! I came to Nova Medical with a very disturbing skin lesion. After a brief examination, the dermatologist diagnosed it as a lipoma. He reassured me. However, the lesion, if not a lipoma, was growing at an alarming rate. Four days later, I ended up in the ER, where no one could understand how a large abscess could be diagnosed as a lipoma. I completely unnecessarily allowed it to continue growing over those four days. Mistaking a lipoma for an abscess indicates either extreme negligence or a lack of basic knowledge on the part of the dermatologist. I highly do not recommend this facility.
