  I'm delighted with my visit with Dr. Lachota! The visit was long and thorough, everything was explained, and additional tests were performed. The atmosphere during the visit was very good; the doctor treats his patients with respect and kindness, which inspires trust. The additional room for changing into a new patient was well-equipped. For the first time, I wasn't nervous before the appointment, and I felt like I was in good hands. In every way, my visit to Nova Medical exceeded my expectations. A huge difference from my last visit with the National Health Fund, where I was refused even a simple tissue after the examination.

  Failure! You make an appointment, and no one bothers to inform you about a possible delay. It takes over 50 minutes, and no one apologizes! And the prices aren't cheap! The flow of information is poor—never mind. Every 15 minutes, they tell you you'll have 5 more minutes if you bother to check yourself.

  While trying to register my child for a doctor's appointment, I encountered rude and disrespectful behavior from the receptionist. The receptionist responded in a rude manner, raised her voice, and showed no willingness to help, which left me feeling uncomfortable and stressed. As a patient, I expect professional, friendly, and courteous service, especially in a medical facility. I believe this behavior violates the principles of professional ethics and patient care standards that should be observed in medical facilities.

  I advise against using the services of a dermatologist. He was dismissive, scoffed at my concern about my child's skin, saying, "Yes, yes, everything is a problem for parents," yet the problem has been dragging on for months. He spoke to me while looking at the wall or with his back turned. The doctor hasn't acquired the soft skills necessary to interact with patients, ESPECIALLY children. I think he also suffers from a God complex.
