I received a referral for periodic checkups. One of the doctors I needed to see was an otolaryngologist. I drove to the facility at 60 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street. I approached the reception desk to register for the required medical examination. The doctor sent me straight to the office. The otolaryngologist refused to see me in a very arrogant and conceited manner, and I quote: "I only accept registered patients, not those with aspirations." When I returned to the reception desk, the staff refused to register me because they said that registration wasn't required for this referral for periodic checkups. The doctor's name was Krzysztof Kłos. I wanted to submit a review on Znanylekarz.pl so as not to burden the entire hospital with my opinion, as the hospital itself offers assistance and the other tests were performed quickly and efficiently. However, this separate branch leaves much to be desired...

I recently had an MRI scan, and I must honestly say that I haven't felt so well cared for in a medical facility in a long time, and I've been to many places. The procedure was performed on time, and everything was thoroughly explained from the very beginning, without rushing, calmly, and with empathy. Both Mr. Dawid and Ms. Alicja made me feel safe, informed me at every stage of the procedure, and responded to my concerns. This practically eliminated my stress, and the procedure itself was very comfortable. This place definitely stands out from other MRI labs; here, the patient isn't "just another case," but a human being. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is afraid of MRI or simply wants to be treated well. Ewa.
