  Dr. Grażyna Pietrzyk is a doctor who has forgotten she is one. She has zero respect for her patients, zero empathy, and zero patience. Her pretentiousness and arrogance exceed the bounds of common sense. There's so much talk about early diagnosis, testing, and rapid oncological treatment, but in her case, none of this matters. The only positives are the friendly receptionist and the woman who performed the mammogram, for which I sincerely thank her. I wish Dr. Pietrzyk a change in her approach to patients, a little empathy, and the ability to listen to them.

  Mammography - The mammogram performed by the technician (a very young one✨) was performed in an exceptionally professional and friendly atmosphere. She was incredibly empathetic, competent, and very kind. She thoroughly explained each step of the examination, making me feel calm and safe. So little, yet so much – her approach truly reduces stress and provides reassurance. Thank you for your tactful and understanding professionalism.

  I don't recommend it – the GP is very unpleasant, rude, and has no empathy or good manners towards anyone coming for a checkup. There's so much talk about women not neglecting tests – you come for them (and pay for them), but you feel disrespected and like you shouldn't be there at all. They don't listen to the patient's reason for coming. The first sentence they say is a "scolding" for coming to the oncology clinic for an ultrasound (no comment). If this service is offered by the clinic, it shouldn't be commented on in this way. When asked where the cyst might be coming from, the answer is a brusque "real life" one. When asked if I should repeat the tests and have them checked later, the answer is "no." The description is full of errors, and it doesn't fully explain what the detected lump and cyst actually mean, other than "nothing is wrong." I don't know how anyone can work with people/patients like that. The only positive is the nice lady at the reception desk.

  If you're looking for help and a reliable approach, unfortunately, this is NOT the right place. I advise against, warn against, and definitely DO NOT recommend this clinic. The doctor – oncologist Dr. Grażyna Pietrzyk – treats patients as objects, without respect or empathy. During the visit, she was arrogant, raised her voice, and from the very beginning, made me feel like an uninvited guest who was "wasting" her precious time. She eventually performed the test graciously, and only when it became clear that further diagnostics were necessary did she change her pretentious tone. Such dismissiveness and attempts to "dismiss" the patient demonstrate a lack of professionalism and any sensitivity. Oncology patients, as well as those who suspect something is wrong – for example, because they've noticed a disturbing change in themselves – lack the "scanner in their eyes" to self-diagnose. They go to the clinic full of anxiety and fear. They deserve a proper approach, empathy, and dignified treatment, not shouting and dismissiveness. It was one of the most stressful and unpleasant visits I've ever had, and as it turned out, I was an oncology patient, not a patient "wasting" the doctor's time. Therefore, I'm writing to you, dear doctor – women don't come to you on a whim or for pleasure. They come to perform specific diagnostics, so that nothing is missed and they can respond in a timely manner. A touch of humanity in your profession is most welcome. Fortunately, there are doctors who see patients as other people. Unfortunately, with such an attitude, you shouldn't be in any profession that requires contact with people.

  It's a tragedy, the doctor's complaints that the doctor referred me to them only after I had my tests done. I should have had the tests done there so they could make money. Instead, I showed up for my appointment and they wouldn't pay me because I had the tests done elsewhere. The test was incredibly painful – I'll never set foot there again. You come in stressed and anxious, only to be met with complaints and shouting.
