I was in the emergency room today, March 22, 2026, at 11 a.m., due to a swollen face caused by a toothache. The young doctor was incredibly nice and did what others wouldn't do. She didn't give me antibiotic tablets, and another patient became interested and decided that a root canal treatment or extraction was necessary. I told her she could prepare for root canal treatment, so she did. She gave the tooth antibiotics. I highly recommend her. She didn't brush it off like others. I'm very pleased with the visit and the patient's approach. I wish there were more doctors like her!

It's simply a joke. Patients wait months for an appointment and a test, only to have their results lost and the test repeated. A teleconsultation regarding the next, awaited results, which DID NOT take place, was marked in the system as completed and completed! Even though we didn't receive any information about the results, there was no conversation, and if we hadn't insisted on registering, we wouldn't have known the process had already been completed. :) So, it ended without a consultation and without any concern from the doctor (K.K.) for the patient. I recommend avoiding them, as they treat their patients very poorly.

A pregnant woman, 40 weeks pregnant, with severe toothache, was told by the dentist to wait until delivery because the tooth needed to be extracted, and he wouldn't administer anesthesia for fear of giving birth in the chair. Fortunately, I found a regular clinic, and the tooth was prepared for root canal treatment today. No rudeness, and the pain was controlled. Because the "doctor" was clearly not pleased at all that anyone bothered him. I don't recommend it. And the doctor should probably change professions, because he's not fit to be a doctor.

Today's blood draw was a very unpleasant experience. The nurse couldn't find the vein, even though it was clearly visible. She rotated the needle in my arm several times, causing severe pain. The whole situation was very stressful. Furthermore, the staff talked loudly and unprofessionally about me, which made me very uncomfortable and inappropriate. This behavior is unacceptable.
