Calling the clinic is a nightmare every time, no matter what time, morning, noon, or evening, because no one answers the phone. The signal can last for 10 minutes and still not be answered. There are always no GP appointments available, and it's difficult to make an appointment the day before when you finally get through, because you're told to call tomorrow morning because there are appointments available, but only for those calling tomorrow. What's the difference between someone calling the day before and someone calling the next morning? It's a nightmare.

It's interesting that most of the positive reviews are from the "famous doctor" website. The receptionists are very helpful, but the doctors are a disaster. You should die because the doctor won't admit an emergency case of someone with a blood pressure of 190 because he's going to work in a few minutes :)) I truly understand the work-life balance, but when you take up medical practice, you should save lives, not wait until the clock strikes 2 PM to collapse on the couch in front of the TV. I don't recommend it; you'll get to a funeral home faster than your family doctor.

They strive for quality and quality – I'm talking about the doctors and a doctor I know from primary care (GPs) at this facility. Generally, the facility prioritizes quality over quantity. The queues are long in the COVID era at most facilities across the country, but that's more the system's fault, and as we know, the system is flawed, which is another story. Overall, A-W-Med gets 5 stars. A minor drawback is the overloaded registration desk, but it depends on the day and time. Sometimes there are crowds and the phones are still ringing, and I think the nurses are right to register people in the queue first.
