  Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I booked my appointment a month and a half in advance through the online booking system for a health issue that was important to me. Throughout this time, I was convinced the appointment was still valid because I received an email confirmation of my appointment. I only learned that the appointment would not take place after calling the registration desk myself – I called solely because several of my friends had previously canceled their appointments (while already at the clinic) despite having their appointments confirmed through the same online system. The receptionist informed me that "I should have received an email," which I never did. She then stated that since I hadn't received one, "it means the appointment has been canceled." I find this completely illogical and unprofessional – the absence of an email cannot be considered a valid form of cancellation. I suggested that in such a case, the website should clearly state that the absence of an additional email means the appointment has been canceled or that the appointment must be confirmed by phone. If I had had this information, I would certainly have called earlier or made an appointment at another facility instead of waiting a month and a half "for nothing." I was told that this information was "on the website," but when I asked for its exact location, the receptionist couldn't find it and resorted to vague explanations like "the IT specialist was supposed to add...". Currently, the next available appointment is another month and a half of waiting, which, given the serious health issue, is simply unacceptable. The online booking system at this facility is unreliable, and communication with patients is chaotic and unclear. The lack of clear rules, the lack of real confirmation of appointments, and the shifting of responsibility onto the patient are clearly insufficient for a clinic that claims to have a modern appointment system.

  I'm very pleased with my blood draw. Everything went smoothly, without stress, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. Bożenka is a true gem – professional, empathetic, and has a wonderful approach to patients. The prick was practically imperceptible, and her smile and kind words did the trick. I wholeheartedly recommend her ❤️

  I'd like to share my experience with a blood draw at this location. The person drawing blood, a blonde woman, demonstrated very unprofessional behavior. She used her phone before putting on a glove, without washing or disinfecting her hands. She wore only one glove, and her other hand was bare, which she used to touch the vein before the injection, without disinfecting the area with a cotton swab either before or after. The entire situation left me with pain and bruising, and above all, with great concern about hygiene and safety. I don't understand how this approach can be acceptable, and I hope that no one is exposed to infection or contracted an infection as a result of this incident.

  Very friendly and professional service. The blood draw was quick, efficient, and stress-free. The staff was polite, empathetic, and explained everything thoroughly. The facility was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it!
