Calling reception and making an appointment is considered a miracle! Half an hour on hold, and supposedly, "you're first in line." I wish you luck and perseverance. However, after all this time, no one answers.

A clinic that doesn't care about its patients. It's safe to say that telephone registration doesn't exist. Perhaps the clinic is used by people who live nearby. 🙈

They must be hanging up the phone at reception, because you can never get through. I've literally never been able to get through to them, and when I go in person, there are four women sitting there chatting. It's a disaster.

I went to a vascular surgeon, told him what was bothering me, and what did he say? He said my legs were thick and nothing or anyone could help me, not compression stockings, not pills, and why did I even go to him if I didn't have ulcers on my legs, and my legs weren't blue? I asked him to check for blood clots, did an ultrasound, sat down at the computer and wrote something, and then said everything was fine but there was nothing he could do to help, so go lose weight, that's what the doctor told me. I asked him to give me a referral for compression stockings, but he said they wouldn't help me and he wouldn't give me one!

Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and empathetic. They listen to the patient and find a convenient appointment time with the doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend them, despite the difficulty in reaching the office (they're having technical difficulties, and apparently Play and Plus can't reach them).
