  The clinic deserves a very good reputation. The service is exceptionally friendly, and the receptionists are always helpful and polite. It's easy to reach the office by phone, and the wait time is very short. A special mention goes to the gynecologist, Dr. Baran – he's a very friendly, smiling doctor who's always ready to help and provide accurate advice. He sticks to his scheduled hours, ensuring minimal delays and punctual appointments. He patiently answers every question and has a professional approach to patients. I haven't had the opportunity to use the services of other doctors at this clinic yet, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Baran and the entire reception staff.

  I highly recommend this clinic. It's utter chaos and lacks empathy for the patient. I was registered for a private appointment at a dermatologist's office. I understand why a private appointment requires payment before the consultation, so the patient pays and can't leave without waiting. I was admitted 50 minutes late, and there's a sign on the wall that, despite the delay, patients are seen in the order they were registered. People wait downstairs, then the staff asks a few people to go to the offices upstairs. Everyone comes in as they please, first come, first served, and no one keeps track of this. The doctor doesn't ask for my name. I had trouble finding the office. The dermatologist sees patients in the occupational medicine department, and there's no name tag or information that he sees patients there. When I finally managed to get in, the doctor, who wasn't particularly interested in my problem, told me after a few minutes that she was having problems and I wasn't in the system. She asked the patient to come downstairs and explain to the receptionist how they could ask a patient to leave the office so they could go troubleshoot the doctor's computer. Perhaps the doctor should explain this and the patient should wait. I went downstairs while the doctor was calling another patient. I waited again. When I entered the office a second time, the doctor said I had to wait longer because they would be calling the IT specialist at 3 p.m. on Friday. Not to mention that the receptionist stood at the door after each patient, excused herself from each patient while the doctor asked another patient to come in, while they were taking care of other matters. There's one upside: the doctor told me to give them my money back because I was giving up, and at least I managed to get 200 zloty back, though that's not much consolation, because on top of that problem, I also had frayed nerves.

  I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service. I had a telephone consultation with a gynecologist, but the doctor never called me. No one informed me in advance about the cancellation or delay. I wasted my time, and in a health situation that requires consultation, such disregard for the patient is especially unacceptable. The organization is very poor. I do not recommend this place – if you value your time and a serious approach to patients, it's better to choose another facility.

  After my appointment, I now understand why appointments are so rushed. The orthopedist with a last name starting with B won't even listen to what I have to say. He's not a very nice person either. I'm struggling with a locking finger. I was hoping for treatment for that and my elbow as well. The doctor said I can't close my hand because my elbow hurts. Thank you so much for your help.

  This facility is a joke. Dr. Bernard Bukowski (orthopedist) moves the dates further by 2 months, 2 days before the scheduled visit... On February 26, 2025, during the visit to the National Health Fund, which I went to for help with Achilles tendonitis, to Dr. Bernard Bukowski (orthopedist), I received a referral for a foot X-ray, the next visit to consult this X-ray was scheduled for May 7, 2025, which is almost 2.5 months later, this doctor is not willing to look at his patient's X-ray results despite requests... And now, after these 2.5 months of waiting for an appointment, today, May 5, you call me to say that the doctor decided to change his work schedule at this facility and that my appointment was postponed to June 29, 2025 - this is a joke. I do not recommend this facility, the ladies at the reception are very rude, and the doctor does not work for the patient's good at all. I didn't receive help from him, now I have to look for help again somewhere else. 3 months lost.
