On my first visit, I had no problem registering, so this certainly doesn't apply to all registrants, but today my conversation was very unpleasant. I called to make an appointment and, for etiquette's sake, I started the conversation by introducing myself. I have my husband's Spanish surname, and upon hearing it, the woman became aggressive and brusque in her tone, practically shouting that I needed to provide my PESEL number because she wasn't going to guess. I'm heavily pregnant and I really don't need the added stress, especially from medical staff.

What's going on with doctors leaving????? A very good dentist from Sianów also left. How could anyone lose such a good doctor as Dr. Babińska?

Another hopeless institution in this city. I've been struggling with a fever for a week, and I've developed an ear infection. I make an appointment for the only available appointment with another primary care physician because my appointments are full. At the reception desk, I'm told the doctor won't see me because he's not my primary care physician. When I ask what to do, I get the answer, "You should have called." After complaining over the phone, I learn that the receptionist wanted to offer me a newly available appointment with my primary care physician. "She wanted to." Three times, to my still-polite questions, I received the same answer: "The doctor won't see you." What's more, I pay a compulsory tax of ~1,000 PLN to this institution, yet I can't get a regular appointment... And apparently, they're bound by the Hippocratic Oath, or rather, hypocrisy... Luxmed package ~250 PLN per month, immediate appointment with the first available doctor.

At the registration desk the service was very nice and everything was fine, except that the waiting time for the specialist was too long.
