I'm disgusted by my first visit, which lasted eight minutes. I came with preliminary tests from another facility. I understand quickly, because that's the world we live in. However, staring at the computer, quickly reviewing the results, then performing a thyroid test without wearing gloves or washing my hands, and then being reprimanded for extending my hand to shake fills me with disgust and resentment. The treatment is very rude. The patient's attitude is not pleasant, and the comment about rank and position is inappropriate. I'm very dissatisfied with the visit, especially since when I tried to inquire about the possible causes of my health condition, I was dismissed with the information that the doctor would explain it to me at the next appointment. The upside of the clinic is that I, on the other hand, had no problem making an appointment, and there was no long wait.

The clinic is really helpful; everything is efficient and covered by the National Health Fund. The service is friendly, the doctors are competent, and I didn't feel like I was being treated poorly. It's clear they're trying to manage despite the difficult conditions in the system.

A woman who draws blood should completely change her profession. Not to mention that she shouldn't draw blood from children. Smile more and show empathy towards people... Or change her profession.

No one really answers the phone here... I was fifth in line when I started calling... after 1 hour and 1 minute, I've been first in line for 20 minutes, and no one has bothered to answer the phone! What kind of clinic is this?
